WARRANTY POLICY

  • Hiboy 12-Month Warranty

    1. All brand-new Hiboy escooters and ebikes are covered under our manufacturer's 1-year all-inclusive warranty for the original owner, protecting against all manufacturing defects.
    2. The warranty is automatically registered when you order and receive the product from our online shop. Please note that the warranty applies to the initial purchaser only.
    3. For orders that are fully refunded as a result of a dispute, the customer's scooter or bike will no longer be eligible for any services provided by Hiboy.
  • Warranty Target Audience

    1. All quality-related defects on items sold directly by Hiboy or Hiboy’s authorized resellers are covered by an extensive warranty.
    2. Quality-related warranty claims on purchases made through Hiboy's authorized distributors and retailers, such as Walmart and Amazon, are handled through Hiboy.
  • Batteries

    1. It is normal circumstance for the battery capacity to fade with time goes by. It is excluded from the warranty coverage.
    2. Warranty service will be not honored if the damage is caused by human.
  • This Limited Warranty does not cover

    1. Warranty service will be not honored if the damage is caused by human.
    2. Damage caused by external factors is not covered under the warranty. This includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters such as typhoons, hurricanes, earthquakes, floods, lightning strikes, or extreme weather conditions. Additionally, incidents such as fires, accidents, or unauthorized modifications are also excluded from warranty coverage.
  • Claims Process

    All claims to this warranty must be made through Hiboy. and submitted to support@hiboy.com. Proofs of purchase (i.e., invoice or order number) and photos or videos of the damaged product are required with any warranty request. Before making a warranty claim, we suggest that you contact us at support@hiboy.com as there may be a simple fix for your problem. Valid warranty claims will be processed through Hiboy within 1 years of initial purchase.

    Hiboy will not replace any part without first seeing photos or video of the damaged product. Customers need to provide us with evidence by email.

  • Orders Beyond the One-Year Warranty Period

    For products purchased over one year ago, please contact our customer service team at support@hiboy.com for assistance. Our support specialists will provide troubleshooting guidance and solutions. Please note that any required replacement parts will need to be purchased separately by the customer."

  • Shipping Damage Claims

    In rare instances, the item received may be damaged during transportation. If shipping damage occurs, please contact support@hiboy.com and provide us with photo or video proof.

  • NOTICE

    we will not accept Shipping Damage Claims later than 7 days from receipt of products.

  • Repair Service

    For repair services, Hiboy will only provide free replacement parts.

    All free accessories will not participate in the replacement or compensation if they cause scratches during transportation.

  • Limitation of Damages

    Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, Hiboy shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue or data, resulting from any breach of express or implied warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory, even when Hiboy has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
